She was professional, patient, friendly, and engaging, answering all my questions in ways I could understand. She took ownership of the process, taking care of my needs without me even asking. We had an old claim that increased the cost of our new homeowner's policy by several hundred dollars. After learning more details about the claim, Rheta asked the underwriters if it could be removed, and they agreed. This is likely a rare occurrence, but she took the initiative to ask.
