"I have so much to say and all day to do it! So pull your pants up and hold on. If "standing on business" were a person, it would be Rheta Sneed. A few months back, I was looking for mortgage insurance because I was buying a house. This is what brought me to Mrs. Sneed. Long story short, my Realtor went with another insurance company. But let me tell you this, Mrs. Sneed fought hard in the name of State Farm. She was beyond helpful, informative, insightful and her personality just sent her through the roof. She knows what she's talking about and she's funny with it too. She was so in-depth that hell i think, I think i could sell insurance now. She explained every detail through and through. She didn't make the proposition about state farm, she made it about me. She told me, "no matter who you go with, i want you to know what you're getting into so that you don't get screwed down the line". Being thay we had to have a certain number to close the deal is why my realtor opted to go with another company. Mrs. Sneed said, "if I can't get you mortgage insurance let me see if I can save you some money on your car insurance". I told her to let me get things settled with my house and then I'll look at car insurance. She told me she, "cool, I'll check back in with you in a few weeks". A few weeks past and she checked back with me. I still wasn't ready and in a few weeks, she checked back again. Just to see how things were going with my house situation, etc. I dont know of she was doing this to close a deal or if she genuinely cared. But damn it, she made me feel like somebody and that's all that matters. I digress, when I was finally ready to look at car insurance. Mrs. Sneed ask me what I was paying and she was like, "what the heee heee". She had me send her over my coverage at the time, ran some numbers and came back with a number saving me like $50 a month. She explained to me how I had coverages that I didn't need and showed me things that were just unnecessary. Thank Mrs. Sneed for all your help, you were\are the best "insurance person" that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. It was and is truly an honor to have met and worked with you. You made the process as easy as possible for me AND YOU SAVED ME LIKE $50 A MONTH!!! i can't thank you enough but again, thank you!!!"
